Matthew Johnson

– Managing Director

Matthew has worked in working at height and window cleaning services for nearly 40 years. He has experience with every piece of access equipment and scope of work. Using his vast knowledge and experience, he supports CAM’s clients in working at height safety audits. Matt's passions cross over into his leisure time where he can be found on a cricket field as a top level umpire.

Sean Canty

– Director

Sean's experience in running commercial companies in the manufacturing, plant hire, and construction industries, provides the diversity needed to steer CAM. He first became a company Director at 25. Sean is committed to making CAM easy to deal with for our clients and suppliers alike, he has seen considerable growth in the company over the last fifteen years, when he first came on to the main board.

Euan Johnson

– Sales Director

Having studied at University and gained a degree in business management, Euan has worked within CAM for fifteen years. In that time, he has worked in every aspect of the business, from window cleaning to rope access, admin, and accounts, and finally settled in sales and account management. This experience gives him a unique view and ability to support the company's clients with recommendations on the most appropriate and efficient methods for each task.

Hugo Aguilera

– Operations Director

Starting his career in CAM as a window cleaner, Hugo has progressed through the business to now be part of the management team. Originally from Columbia, he is able to operate between his professional position on the main board and dealing with our in-house operational teams. With so many of our clients speaking Spanish, he is bilingual and able to communicate at all levels.

Tim Jones

– Professional Development Director

Tim has worked in CAM since its first day over thirty years ago. He has also worked from the ‘shop floor’ to his position, heading up CAM's health, safety, and compliance team. He provides training to both our internal teams and courses run for external clients, such as IOSH on working and managing safely, alongside the Federation of Window Cleaners courses.

Juliet Barber

– Accounts Administrator

Employed in CAM's accounts department, Juliet has been a member of the CAM Team for over 10 years. Having previously worked in banking, she brings vast experience of aspects of finance to her role. A strong administrator, she also deals with company insurances and provides financial information when required for accreditations and accounts applications.
